For our customers, MamaThis is maintaining a fully operational status – it’s business as usual (albeit far from usual circumstances). Our technical environments and processes are monitored 24 hours a day, under the supervision of our teams.
With our systems operating as expected, we have taken the following steps to protect the health and wellbeing of our Mom Bosses, Boss Moms and local communities:
- Our delivery method to minimize contact between Mom Bosses and Boss Moms has been updated to “Leave it at my door” or “Hand it to me” if they prefer. We have also advised Mom Bosses that they may initiate a no-contact delivery at any time by reaching out to the Boss Mom with a call or text message to confirm.
- All Mom Bosses have been strongly encouraged to follow and monitor recommendations from the WHO, CDC, and elected officials in regards to their health and performing tasks.
- We remain up-to-date on the latest information and safety protocols to provide to our community at large.
During this time of uncertainty, we will do everything we can to support our community around the world.
